Our Team

Kabrella is our Talent Connections Manager. She oversees strategy and programming to help retain young professional talent, welcome newcomers and remote workers, and create inclusive communities within the region. She oversees the Cincinnati Intern Network Connection (CINC), in addition to the HYPE and Hello Cincy platforms. Kabrella began as an intern at the Cincinnati Chamber in 2016 and then joined full-time as a Marketing Coordinator upon graduating from Miami University. Prior to rejoining the team in December 2021, she spent nearly four years in higher education collaborating with schools and community-based organizations to help educate families and students on application, financial aid, and admission processes. She received her BA in Strategic Communication and Latin American Studies from Miami University and her MBA in Marketing from Tiffin University where she was selected by faculty as the recipient of the “Excellence in the Field of Study” award. Kabrella is a Cincy Lead Class 1 graduate and has climbed in one of the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

Damon is our Coordinator of Diverse by Design initiatives. He has a bachelor’s degree from Cincinnati Christian University with more than 20 years’ experience supervising teams, implementing projects, and driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.

Damon is an avid fan of sports, including the Cincinnati Bengals and all things NFL. He is currently working toward completing his goal of visiting all 32 NFL stadiums, with 6 stadiums down and 26 to go. He also enjoys bowling, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Andrea is our Leadership Programs Manager, leading our Cincy Next and C-Change programs and the Alumni Network. Andrea graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, specializing in Russian and Eastern European Studies, and from the University of Northern Colorado where she earned her master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership. Originally from Cincinnati, Andrea moved and grooved out west for 11 years before coming home to the town she loves. With a passion for connecting, growing, and imagining the possibilities, Andrea has found an amazing place within our Leadership Center. In her time outside of work, you will find her exploring and hanging out with her two super ninja kiddos, Marley and Boden.

Devona is our Director of Women Excel and Diverse By Design. She leads our WE platform which provides networking, education, mentoring, and leadership development for women in business. She also manages our Diverse By Design programming. Devona is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. Devona brings more than 15 years of experience in facilitating, training, and equipping individuals within our community. Devona’s experience includes dedicated leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her career has spanned many functions, including preparing and conducting ongoing training for key issues and trends such as creating a high-performance culture, employee engagement, cultural competency training, performance management, and handling difficult conversations during our high times of racial unjust. She has a passion for phenomenal women accelerating to the next level and seeing themselves beyond what they see.
