Leadership Sprints

Leadership Sprints offers an immersive multi-day experience geared towards training managers—delving deeply into how to lead highly effective teams and how to have difficult conversations while fostering meaningful connections among participants.

Leadership Sprints

Leadership Sprints aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to cultivate high-performance teams within their organizations. Within this interactive workshop series, participants will learn to foster psychological safety, cultivate conscious leadership, promote effective collaboration, and enhance communication skills.

Leadership Sprints 2024 is hosted in Louisville, KY, and designed for participants to invest in their leadership potential through an exchange of ideas, challenges, and solutions with leaders in other cities. This is a unique opportunity for the members of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, facilitated by the Leadership Louisville Center.
