We serve the business community by offering services and developing programs that help create a solid talent base and build a robust pipeline. The future of the workforce is constantly changing and we’re here to support businesses in the shifting talent landscape to ensure our region stays competitive.

Leadership Center

The Leadership Center offers a full suite of leadership development training, peer groups, coaching, workshops, and custom solutions programming all while strengthening participants connectivity to the region. It is a go-to resource for providing talent development programs to help employees develop new competencies, elevate their influence and visibility, expand their professional network, and create deeper ties to the community.

Talent Initiatives

We invest in the people who call this region home and work to ensure we have the talent for our Future City by focusing on critical priorities designed to help attract and retain talent. Our key focus areas include supporting young professional talent, welcoming newcomers to the region, creating inclusive communities that enrich our region, and growing the tech talent pipeline.

Workforce Innovation Center

The Workforce Innovation Center is a human resource consultancy that partners with business leaders to advance the adoption of inclusive practices in their workplaces that empower employees, the community, and their businesses to thrive. By engaging with the Workforce Innovation Center, business leaders can better understand the root causes of their workforce challenges through unbiased insight and recommendations that support growth and help them stay competitive in today’s market.
