Our Team

Tracey is our Traffic Manager – on the marketing communications team, not in the street. She has been with the Cincinnati Chamber for 29 years, starting in the Business Information Center and moving into her marketing role shortly after. Tracey has cultivated vendor relationships, managed multiple budgets, planned and implemented marketing plans, as well as trafficked countless tactics. In summary: Tracey keeps MARCOM running smoothly and if you need something done, Tracey is your go-to-person. When she is not working, you will find her on the field or court watching one of her three children play sports. And if she’s not there, she’s out thrift shopping. She resides on the east side of town with her husband, Paul, three children, and black lab.

Animaesh is our Marketing Strategist. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He spent 2 years working with collegiate and professional athletes, working to track, program, and optimize biomechanical tendencies and abilities. He also worked at Crossroads church, doing college ministry at Miami University, and serving as nationwide community manager while honing his marketing and brand development skills and operating as the creative director for all online video assets. He went on to lead marketing at Rooted Creative Agency, working with local and national brands, developing in-house brands, and overseeing experiential initiatives. Animaesh’s dream is to go to space, and he is the self-proclaimed “Cincinnati Chicken Wing King.”

Brad is our Digital Marketing Manager. He is energized by sharing the work of the Cincinnati Chamber and building a community that is healthy and vibrant. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media. He oversees our digital strategy and marketing and communications for Asian Food Fest, Taste of Cincinnati, Oktoberfest™, BLINK®, and Government Affairs. Before joining the team, he worked in a similar role for the OKI Regional Council of Governments. Around the office, he is a proud co-founding member and drummer for the Cincinnati Chamber band, Chambertron. He currently lives in West Chester, Ohio with his wife Melanie, son, Miles, and daughter, Caroline.

Mitch is our Content Strategy & Communications Manager. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in English – Rhetoric & Professional Writing and a certificate in Journalism. He has more than 10 years of experience in writing, communications, and marketing, having previously worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency and a marketing agency. Mitch is a lifelong Cincinnatian, avid golfer, podcast junkie, bookworm/grammar nerd, hodophile, and the 2022 3 E. 4th and Long fantasy football league champion. He lives in West Chester with his wife, Susie, sons, Zachary and Cole, and dogs, Cash and Elvis.
