Chelsea (Brown) York serves as Vice President of Events and Experiences at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, leading large-scale festivals including Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, Taste of Cincinnati, and Asian Food Fest, and an expanding portfolio of community festivals. Her work brings together hundreds of thousands of people each year while showcasing Cincinnati as a vibrant destination to live, work, and visit.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Chelsea spent nearly a decade at 3CDC managing events and programming across Cincinnati’s outdoor civic spaces, including Fountain Square and Washington Park.
Chelsea lives in Clifton with her husband, Riley, and their son, Roman. These days, life outside of work revolves around family and keeping up with a very busy toddler.

Laura is our Senior Director of Sponsorship & Investment. She has over 20 years of community development, sponsorship, and fundraising experience. She was the ED for go Vibrant and during her tenure, she added thirty-five neighborhood walking routes, three interactive parks, and a city-wide Million Step Neighborhood Challenge. Laura loves to travel and experience new cultures. An avid skier and runner, Laura lived abroad for a few years in Geneva, Switzerland where she embraced the integration of walking into everyday life. Laura is a member of the Nativity School PTA and St. Xavier Mothers Club. She resides in Pleasant Ridge with her husband and two children.

Kabrella is the Director of Executive Programming at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, where she leads the Leadership Roundtables and Hello Cincy Executive programs and supports Leadership Cincinnati. In her role, she develops and manages programs that connect, develop, and engage business and civic leaders across the Cincinnati region. Kabrella also contributes to the Leadership Center’s partnership efforts, working with businesses and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for regional leadership development. Kabrella’s career has centered on building programs, cultivating partnerships, and creating opportunities that help people and communities thrive. She began her Chamber journey as an intern in 2016 and joined the organization full-time as a Marketing Coordinator after graduating from Miami University. Prior to rejoining the Chamber in December 2021, she spent nearly four years in higher education, partnering with schools and community-based organizations to help families and students navigate college access, admissions, and financial aid decisions.
She earned a B.A. in Strategic Communication and Latin American Studies from Miami University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Tiffin University, where she received the faculty-selected “Excellence in the Field of Study” award. She is a graduate of
