The Workforce Innovation Center is a human resource consultancy that partners with business leaders to advance the adoption of inclusive practices in their workplaces that empower employees, the community, and their businesses to thrive. By engaging with the Workforce Innovation Center, business leaders can better understand the root causes of their workforce challenges through unbiased insight and recommendations that support growth and help them stay competitive in today’s market.

Ecosystem Map
The Workforce Innovation Center also serves as a connector between employers and solutions organizations in the tri-state region’s workforce, talent, education, and social service ecosystem. This map helps to identify which regional partners can provide solutions for companies' needs.
