The Cincinnati Chamber’s Leadership Roundtables connect talented, top-level leaders for peer-learning opportunities.
Leadership Roundtables connect non-competitive C-Suite business leaders representing a variety of industries and organizations for a confidential exchange of information, ideas and insights. Meetings offer candid, confidential discussions, and problem solving sessions from fellow leaders who understand and share the unique challenges of top-level management.
We offer six roundtables – CHRO, CMO, COO, CSO, IT, and Manufacturing. Each roundtable consists of 8-12 business leaders in similar roles and provides an opportunity to learn directly from each other as well as guest speakers. This process is guided by an impressive team of Executive Leadership Coaches who create a safe and confidential space for these important, life-changing conversations to take place.
Benefits You Can Expect:
Leadership Roundtables are focused on developing and connecting top leaders in our region, strengthening businesses and helping the region thrive through:
- Tailored business and leadership advice with other professionals
- Pop-up lunch and learns/happy hours or other gatherings focused on current business topics and trends
The Chamber team provides:
- Streamlined recruitment process for prospective members
- Curated connections with industry experts, topical speakers, and community leaders
In order to capture the power of the Leadership Roundtable program, it is imperative that leaders join a roundtable that best meets their needs and expectations. Individuals are placed based upon the current composition of existing roundtables, the membership needs of current members, the expectations of those seeking to join and the desire to sustain a noncompetitive environment. In addition, there is the opportunity to become a founding member of a brand-new roundtable. New roundtables are created by the Chamber based upon the compatibility and interest of prospective members.
For more information on joining a roundtable and to get started, contact Megan Liebenow at email@example.com

As we discuss real life topics such as work-life balance and stress management I’ve grown personally as well as professionally. I would encourage any sales leader who is interested in learning from other professionals, sharing best practices and bringing your leadership game to the next level to consider joining a CSO Roundtable.
