Joseph is our WorkOhio Southwest Regional Hub Coordinator. He oversees the intake, triage, and management of state-level job seeker referrals. Joseph coordinates closely with key partner organizations, including the Urban League and OhioMeansJobs, to ensure the seamless delivery of career coaching, training, and job placement services. Additionally, he assists with state-approved outreach and marketing efforts while actively supporting a regional network of employers and service providers throughout Greater Cincinnati and beyond.
Joseph graduated from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Sales and Marketing. He brings a strong blend of operations, marketing, and client service experience to the team, backed by a proven track record in project management, collaborative problem-solving, consumer research, and brand strategy.
Prior to this current role, he served as an Account Coordinator at PEP, LLC, where he managed purchase order workflows, coordinated brand approvals, and partnered with account executives and suppliers to keep projects on schedule. His background also includes valuable experience at Best Buy and as an Ad Campaign Manager Intern at TripleLift, where he collaborated with high-profile clients such as Avis, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Hershey.
A Cincinnati native, born and raised in College Hill. He is an avid movie fan who enjoys collecting figurines and die-cast cars, trying new restaurants, traveling, reading, and playing video games. He is a die-hard Bengals fan and enjoy spending quality time with his family.

Audrey is our VP and Executive Director of the Workforce Innovation Center. In her role, she has established the Center as a central place to support companies in solving challenges, recruiting new sources of talent, and implementing inclusive capitalism practices within businesses to benefit their organizations and to support the people that they employ. Audrey previously served as Senior Director at the Cincinnati Business Committee and the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, membership organizations comprised of the Cincinnati Region’s top CEOs. In earlier roles, Audrey worked as the Advancement and Strategic Partnerships Officer at Antioch University Midwest, the Senior Director at Junior Achievement of Georgia, and as a Teach for America Corps Member in Chicago and Atlanta. Audrey serves on the board of 4C for Children, on the Selection Advisory Committee for GreenLight Fund Cincinnati, as a member of the Center for Employment Opportunities Cincinnati advisory committee, and is the treasurer and founding board member of School Board School. Audrey completed her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University in Spanish and Nonprofit Management and has a Master of Arts in Management and Change Leadership from Antioch University.

Daniel Love is our Manager, Workforce Innovation Center. As a passionate advocate for equal opportunities in the workforce, he leverages his background in operations and project management to lead initiatives that support the Workforce Innovation Center’s mission of driving business growth while empowering employees.
An avid sports fan, Daniel is a former award-winning sports columnist whose writing has been published in various outlets, including the Cincinnati Herald. Although he has lived in five different states throughout his life, he considers himself a Cincinnati native, having spent most of his life in the Greater Cincinnati area. He is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
In addition to championing initiatives that provided minority students with greater access to books featuring diverse characters and themes, from 2017 – 2021, Daniel served as a member and co-chair of the L. Ross Love Memorial Scholarship committee, making college and intergenerational mentorship more accessible to community-driven Cincinnati Public School graduates.

Jackson joined the Workforce Innovation Center as a Coordinator in June of 2025 following a year-long internship with the organization. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Jackson came to Cincinnati in 2019 as a professional ballet dancer with Cincinnati Ballet 2. In 2020, Jackson left Cincinnati Ballet to attend the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Public Relations Certification from the College of Arts & Sciences.
During his internship with the Workforce Innovation Center, Jackson contributed to several key initiatives including the Women of Color in Tech program, the Workforce Coordination Entity with workforce and talent ecosystem partners, and the Center’s consulting work with employers.
Jackson looks forward to continuing his professional journey with the Center while engaging in initiatives to grow the prosperity of the Cincinnati region
