Cincinnati Regional Chamber Announces 2025 Festival Information Calls for Vendors, Volunteers, and Sponsors Now Open

CINCINNATI — January 8, 2025 —

The Cincinnati Regional Chamber is thrilled to unveil the 2025 dates for its highly anticipated signature festivals, bringing together the region’s diverse community to celebrate food, culture, and belonging.

Festival Dates & Locations:

  • Asian Food Fest: April 26 & 27 at Court Street Plaza in Downtown
  • Taste of Cincinnati: May 24 – 26 at Fifth Street in Downtown
  • Oktoberfest Zinzinnati®: September 18-21 at Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove

These festivals are not just events. They are occasions for families, friends, and neighbors to mingle, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the vibrant culture that Cincinnati has to offer. Each festival draws tens of thousands of attendees, fostering a deep sense of belonging and community pride.

Last year, the Chamber was proud to see festival participation from close to 200 local businesses and community organizations, and nearly 2 million visitors combined experienced the events.

Calls for Vendors, Volunteers, and Sponsors
The Cincinnati Regional Chamber is actively seeking vendors who can showcase the finest local offerings, volunteers ready to contribute their time and energy, and sponsors eager to enhance their visibility within the community. Every participant plays a crucial role in making these events memorable and successful.

Vendors
“We invite local businesses to highlight what makes our region exceptional,” said Chelsea York, Cincinnati Regional Chamber Vice President, Events and Experiences. “These festivals create lasting memories and uphold cherished traditions within our community.”

Interested vendors can apply by following this link: https://cincinnatichamber.com/community-events/community-events-vendor-information/

The priority vendor application deadline is January 22.  Those applying by this date will receive first consideration for spots at the event; however, applications will remain open on a rolling basis for each festival.

Volunteers
Local charitable organizations are encouraged to get involved through volunteer opportunities, especially at the beverage booths where proceeds from sales serve as a fundraiser. In 2024, 35 participating groups raised a combined total of approximately $250,000_for their organizations through their volunteering efforts at these community festivals.

Organizations can fill out a volunteer application here: https://cincinnatichamber.com/community-events/community-events-volunteer-information/

Sponsors
Chamber-produced events and programs offer unparalleled access to audiences and brand-enhancing experiences. There are likely sponsorship opportunities available that align with your organization’s goals!
