About the Speaker:
Donna Mingerink provides safety services and consultation for workers in the construction and trades industries. Her safety background began in Torrance, California, where she helped Toyota Motor Sales launch the CAL OSHA Required Injury Illness Prevention Program. From that role, Donna returned to Kentucky and became a Lead Safety Consultant for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, with a focus on key safety programs such as fall protection and prevention, respiratory protection, noise & hearing protection. Donna’s career shifted dramatically in 2016 when she and her husband switched roles and she became a homeschool mom for their son. Not yet ready to stop contributing to all things safety, Donna launched into business training for tradesmen and became an OSHA 10 & 30 hour trainer for Construction. Donna lives with her husband, Rick and their son, Max, in Union, Kentucky, and is excited to offer her insight and support to help companies large and small understand the value of a strong safety program and culture.
