Congratulations to the Graduates of Cincy LEAD Class 2

47 leaders from a variety of organizations in the Cincinnati region graduated from Class 2 of Cincy LEAD on November 17.

Cincy LEAD is a leadership development program from the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. The program is designed to equip advancing leaders with the skills and tools to accelerate their leadership while building a meaningful network of peers.

The program consists of five sessions meeting biweekly over an 8-week period, during which participants are assigned a small group for the duration of the program. The format of each session features a keynote speaker on a specific topic for the full class, followed by small group deep dives into the topic in a structured way that promotes discussion and enables thoughtful discourse. This combines elements of traditional leadership development programs and a roundtable to enable deeper connections and best practice sharing.

“Through Cincy LEAD’s format, not only do we provide content-rich programming that is topical to advancing leaders in the region, but we also get to hear how they’re working through the issues involved and the solutions their small groups offer,” said Megan Liebenow, Leadership Coordinator at the Cincinnati Chamber. “We’re excited to see what each graduate takes back to their organization and community as they apply their shared learnings and leverage their new networks.”Meet the graduates of Cincy LEAD Class 2:
