Paige is our Membership & CRM Support Manager.  Bringing in over 15 years of customer facing experience, Paige strongly values relationships, connecting the dots, and building bridges between those she works with, with the aim to create a memorable and meaningful outcome.  Paige’s skillset ranges from business development, marketing, event coordinating, bartending, and fine dining service.  In her free time, Paige loves a good adventure, enjoying life with her partner and his son, and chasing around their basset hound and rabbit.

Sarah Kaising is our Membership Development & Engagement Specialist. She is a proud Cincinnati native and University of Cincinnati Alum, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Neuropsychology and Sociology. With a diverse professional background in the Hospitality and Clinical Research sectors, Sarah’s versatile skill set contributes to her success in cultivating meaningful connections. Outside of the Chamber, you can find Sarah trying new dishes at one of Cincinnati’s abundant restaurants, hiking at the Cincinnati Nature Center, or spending quality time at home with her three cats and loving partner, Andy.

Beth is our Senior Director of Sales & Engagement. She has a strong track record of operating with excellence. She has leveraged her ability to drive superior results and profitability in a variety of industries. In her current role, she strives to improve the vibrancy of the region through membership investment, partner benefits, engagement, and programs. Through innovation, proven sales processes, intentional inclusion, and collaboration at all levels, inside and outside the company, she is a maker of change. She has worked in national sales roles in New York, Atlanta, and Chicago for Cintas Corporation, Chicago Sun Times, Yahoo, CNBC.com/General Electric, Cox Interactive Media and News Corporation. Beth is a proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys mentoring, traveling, golf, and volunteering. She draws inspiration from a quote from Shirley Chisholm, “Service is the rent we pay for our time on earth.”

McLean is our Sales Representative of Membership Development. A native of West Virginia, he transplanted himself to the Queen City after landing a job performing in Live Entertainment at Kings Island. As he continued to grow into a professional role there, his knack for connecting with people encouraged him to pursue a career that would allow him to maintain those connections and be in the know of all the amazing things slated to happen in the Cincinnati region. Through leadership and management roles in fast-paced fields such as sales, guest services, and operations, he brings an understanding of what teams and businesses need to grow and thrive. McLean loves to say: “Cincinnati became home before I realized I was ready to call it home, which is why I say Cincinnati chose me versus me choosing it.”
