Leadership Exchange

An immersive, multi-day experience in a peer region for senior leaders focused on learning how leading metros accelerate growth, attract talent, and build competitive economies. Past destinations include Toronto, Minneapolis–St. Paul, Charlotte, Dallas–Fort Worth, Atlanta, Columbus and Cleveland. This year’s Leadership Exchange will visit Charlotte, NC on October 27-29, with a focus on understanding the decisions Charlotte made that have propelled the region’s explosive growth. Charlotte shows what’s possible when a mid-sized city focuses on the right mix of economic development, talent attraction, and quality of life investments.

All hotel, ground transportation, meals, and meetings for this invite-only trip will be coordinated by the Chamber and included in the overall registration cost.
