Sean is our Vice President of the Leadership Center. Sean directs Leadership Cincinnati, our region’s flagship civic leadership program for seasoned leaders, and heads up the Leadership Center team that delivers a full suite of talent development programs for ongoing education for all stages of careers. Prior to joining our team, he taught in the Philosophy, Politics, and the Public (PPP) program at his alma mater, Xavier University, and spearheaded the campus’ government affairs efforts. Sean believes deeply in the power of words, people, relationships, and democratic institutions. He helped launch and manage efforts aimed at communicating on difficult and charged topics at Xavier, including “Beyond Civility: Communication for Effective Governance.” Throughout his experience, the common thread is supporting the formation of more effective and reflective citizens. Sean loves to seek balance in life, spending time outdoors with his family, traveling to new places, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Dominica is our University Partnerships Manager and leads our Cincinnati Intern Network Connection (CINC) and Chamber University programs. With over 15 years of experience in the education field, she has excelled in program management and leadership development. Dominica’s leadership roles include serving as the program coordinator for TRiO Student Support Services at Xavier University and at GRAD Cincinnati, managing college readiness in K-12 education. Her recent role as the College, Career, and Community Resource Career Center Manager at Cincinnati Public Schools is a testament to her dedication to community engagement, developing talent, and opportunities for educational and employment advancement. Dominica’s people-centered approach and focus on professional development are deeply rooted in her educational background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and History from Miami University. Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.  She is committed to creating programming that attracts talent to our region and enhances cultural vibrancy. Dominica is eager to foster and grow vital partnerships in Higher Education and the Business sector to drive regional transformation. Dominica is a WE Lead Class18 graduate. She enjoys spending time with her three teenagers, attending Reds Games, little league baseball, and school/community activities.

Kabrella is our Leadership Center Operations Manager. She oversees strategy and programming to help retain young professional talent, welcome newcomers and remote workers, and create inclusive communities within the region. She oversees the Cincinnati Intern Network Connection (CINC), in addition to the HYPE and Hello Cincy platforms. Kabrella began as an intern at the Cincinnati Chamber in 2016 and then joined full-time as a Marketing Coordinator upon graduating from Miami University. Prior to rejoining the team in December 2021, she spent nearly four years in higher education collaborating with schools and community-based organizations to help educate families and students on application, financial aid, and admission processes. She received her BA in Strategic Communication and Latin American Studies from Miami University and her MBA in Marketing from Tiffin University where she was selected by faculty as the recipient of the “Excellence in the Field of Study” award. Kabrella is a Cincy Lead Class 1 graduate and has climbed in one of the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Kendra earned her BA in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude, and holds a certificate in Public Relations. Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Kendra fell in love with Cincinnati and all the city has to offer during her college years, making it her home.  When she’s not cheering on her favorite football teams with her fiancé, Todd, Kendra enjoys exploring Cincinnati’s many parks, hunting for unique finds while thrift shopping, and diving into a good book.
