Our Team

Tamia Stinson is the Executive Director of the Cincinnati Artist Network (CAN), where she leads efforts to connect, support, and elevate independent artists by helping them build sustainable, financially stable creative businesses.

Tamia brings a unique blend of experience to the role, with a background that spans marketing, creative direction, and entrepreneurship. She is the founder of Tether, a platform designed to spotlight and support freelance creatives in the region, and has worked extensively in brand strategy, photo styling, and content creation for local and national clients.

A longtime advocate for equity and inclusion in the creative economy, Tamia is passionate about bridging the gap between artists and opportunity. She lives in St. Bernard with her husband, two kids, and Avon Barksdale (the dog, not the other guy).

Tim is our Senior Producer, Events & Experiences. He has been designing experiential activations for more than 16 years with some of the most well-known companies across the US, including numerous brands under Pernod Ricard and Anheuser Busch. Tim specializes in the production and execution of corporate, social, and community events. He relies heavily on his vast experience and ability to think quickly to produce events that create lasting impressions with attendees. When not producing the best community events in Cincinnati, Tim loves to spend time with his better half and beautiful 3-year-old daughter. He is also an avid fisherman and hockey player.

Noor is our Project Coordinator for BLINK at Cincinnati Regional Chamber. She was born in Cambridge, MA and raised in Morocco. She is a recent graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Art where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. Upon graduation, Noor completed a thesis documenting her experiences between Morocco and Ohio. Noor’s past two summers were spent interning at the Cincinnati Chamber for BLINK before transitioning to a full-time position in May. What she loves most about Cincinnati is, the Parks!

Rob is our Senior Producer, Events & Experiences. He has been involved in the Cincinnati event scene for over a decade. He began his career with 3CDC, helping manage their Fountain Square and Washington Park event series. He also has spent time across the river managing events at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, as well as working with other major Cincinnati events including Bunbury Music Festival, Midpoint Music Festival, and Bockfest. Rob likes to spend his free time relaxing with his wife and enjoying any of Cincinnati’s dozens of incredible local breweries.
