Connect ERG

The Cincinnati Regional Chamber, one of the oldest and largest chambers of commerce in the country, is known for best-in-class programs and events—from leadership and learning programs to monthly networking, and quarterly ERG Connect events. Through its collaboration with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Chamber is creating even more opportunities for businesses to expand their networks and foster workplaces where everyone belongs.

Connect ERG plays a key role in this partnership, helping companies leverage Employee Resource Groups to make meaningful workplace change. Connect ERG has strengthened its own learning and best practices through these collaborations, sharing insights with other Hispanic ERGs to amplify impact across the community. At the quarterly ERG Connect events, participants can:
