CONNECT represents a regional alliance of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) within companies and organizations committed to fostering diverse talent in the area by attracting, nurturing, and retaining professionals from varied backgrounds.
Strengthening Connections: How Connect ERG is Empowering Businesses
Connect ERG plays a key role in helping companies leverage Employee Resource Groups to drive meaningful workplace change. Through these collaborations, Connect ERG continues to strengthen its own learning and refine best practices, while sharing insights with other ERGs to amplify impact across the broader community.
At the quarterly ERG Connect events, lead by Sherry Sims, Founder, Black Career Women’s Network, participants can:
- Hear from experienced presenters on ERG-related topics
- Meet leaders across Cincinnati’s business community
- Build new connections with companies they haven’t worked with before
- Engage proactively with ERG practitioners in both for-profit and non-profit organizations
In short, this collaboration is all about learning, connecting, and growing. By bringing businesses together and supporting a culture where everyone belongs, Connect ERG is helping companies succeed.
