The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the graduation of 44 students from the inaugural Leadership Cincinnati Youth class, a leadership development program designed to equip high school students with the skills, networks, and confidence to lead.
Developed in partnership with the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Interact for Health, and RESLV, the program invests in students’ personal growth, builds networks beyond their own high school, and challenges them to step into meaningful leadership roles in their communities.
Leadership Cincinnati Youth brings together a diverse cohort of 10th and 11th graders from across the region, helping them build the skills, perspective, and relationships needed to shape their futures—and the future of Cincinnati. Through the program, participants develop as ethical leaders committed to civic engagement and community impact.
“Leadership Cincinnati Youth is about creating space for young people to see themselves as leaders today, not in the distant future,” said Damon Goodloe, Coordinator of Everyone Belongs Here at the Leadership Center. “This inaugural class built connections across communities, grew in confidence, and showed what’s possible when we invest early in the next generation.”
