The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the selection of 25 leaders for the inaugural Cincy Lead: Level Up class, presented by University of Cincinnati Skills. The program is designed for early- to mid-career advancing leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills and build meaningful professional networks.
For 2026, the Cincy Lead program was expanded to offer two tailored pathways that support professionals at different stages of their careers. Cincy Lead: Level Up is a program for established professionals with three or more years of professional experience to refresh and strengthen leadership and soft skills for leading teams effectively in a rapidly changing workplace. Cincy Lead: Next Gen is a program for professionals in their first three years in the workforce to strengthen people’s skills and build strong foundations for career growth.
“Cincy Lead Level Up gives participants the opportunity to strengthen practical leadership skills while connecting with peers across industries and organizations,” said Sean Comer, Vice President of the Leadership Center. “We designed the program to meet professionals where they are in their careers and provide tools they can immediately apply in their workplaces and communities.”
The Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber develops and connects leaders at every stage of their civic and professional journeys through a portfolio of leadership programs design to strengthen the region’s civic infrastructure and economic vitality.
