  • Pete Metz (LC48) was promoted to Vice President of Civic Strategy and Policy with the Cincinnati Regional Chamber.  
  • Beth Hartman (LC44) started a new position as Senior Vice President and National Sales Director at Fifth Third 
  • Drew Whitaker (CN10) started a new position as Director of New Business & Development at Cincinnati Reds 
  • Congratulations to the Business Courier’s 2025 CLIMB Award winners! Diversity Champions: Rickell Howard Smith (LC48). Outstanding Company Voice: Jake Campbell (CC19). Outstanding Community Voice: Crystal Kendrick (LC37) 
  • Jake Suer (CC16) started a new position as Vice President at HGC Construction 
  • Kyndal Michael Marks(CC19) started new position as Cintrifuse’s new Vice President of Finance & Accounting 
  • Scott Conklin (LC41) as ConstructConnect’s new Chief People Officer. 
  • Congrats to our alumni honored at the Annual Leadership Center Celebration! Rick Greiwe (LC8) and Carl Satterwhite (LC28) received the Nelson Schwab Jr. Distinguished Alumni Award and Emily Cashell (CN10) and Dr. Angelica Hardee (CC16) received the Civic Quotient Award.  
  • Bruce Wayne Jeffery (CC16) wsa accepted into Leadership Greater Hartford’s 2025 Executive Orientation Program Class 
  • Sarah Ackley (CN12) started a new position as  Senior Manager at Forvis Mazars US 
  • Rickell Howard Smith (LC48) was honored with the Cincinnati NAACP’s 2025 Wright Overstreet Award honoring the memories of two dedicated civil right leaders, Rev. Samuel Ross Wright and Mr. Henry Overstreet, Jr. 
  • Aaron Dresdow (CC15) started a new position as VP Finance at 84.51˚ 
  • Jim Danneman (CC6, LC48) started new position as Regional President – Southern Ohio and Kentucky at Huntington National Bank 
  • Alex Beck (CC20) started as Partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law). 
  • Kate Reed (WL9) began new position as Global Head of Employee Advisory with Munch Re.  
  • Caroline Curran (CC20) began new position as Director of Strategic Initiatives at 3CDC. 
  • Congratulations to Gold Star’s 2025 Flavor Makers – local members of our community who add to the flavor of our community: Tianay Amat (LC47, BR1) Rickell Howard Smith (LC48), and Kurt Reiber (LC36).
