Cincinnati Chamber Announces WE Lead Class 21

The Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber has selected 58 leaders from organizations across the Cincinnati region to participate in WE Lead Class 21, continuing more than two decades of developing leaders who are ready to grow their impact at work and in the community. 

Now spanning more than 2 decades, WE Lead is part of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber Leadership Center’s portfolio of leadership development and civic engagement programs, which serve professionals at different stages of their careers. The program creates space for participants to step outside of their day-to-day responsibilities, invest in their own development and build relationships with leaders from across industries and sectors throughout the Cincinnati region. 

“WE Lead gives leaders the opportunity to really think about who they are, what they want from their careers and lives, and how they can use their strengths to make a greater impact,” said Devona Stripling, Director, Women Excel and Everyone Belongs Here at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. “What makes the experience so powerful is that they don’t do that work alone. They’re surrounded by a group of peers who bring different experiences and perspectives, challenge and support one another, and often become an important network long after the program ends. I’m excited to see the relationships this class builds and where those connections take them.” 

Class 21 represents a broad cross-section of the Cincinnati region, with participants from businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions and community organizations. The class includes leaders working in fields ranging from finance and professional services to healthcare, manufacturing, public service, philanthropy and the arts.
