Lisa Gick, Chairperson of Graduate Programs and Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership at Mount St. Joseph University and CEO + Founder of [curious] leadership + change agency, providing organizational consulting and leadership coaching. She has coaching credentials from Georgetown University and is PCC certified through the International Coaching Federation. Previously a Human Resources executive with Macy’s Inc., she is a leadership researcher, publishing a mixed-methods study valuing curious capacity in contemporary leaders. She continues research on the emergence of leadership in the complexity of the modern world. Lisa frequently presents on leadership nationally, and in western Europe.

Julie Hanser is founder and owner of Julie Hanser Consulting. She has experience developing people and leading teams in her coaching and consulting work. A marketer turned talent development leader with global agency and client-side experience and a passion for healthy organizational culture, she thrives on helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve their full potential. She is a graduate of Miami University and is a Clifton Strengths coach. Outside of her professional work, Julie enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, live music, travel, and volunteering.

Gretchen Johnson is a Life and Leadership Coach, passionate in seeing leaders excel and helping maximize individual and organizational potential so others become purpose driven leaders at work, home, and in communities. Her coaching experience is diverse, extending across emerging leaders to executives. She is dedicated to incorporating multidisciplinary practices in the realms of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She earned her Master’s degree in HR from Central Michigan University, and Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Michigan University. Gretchen’s coaching certifications include the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, International Coach Federation, and is certified in emotional intelligence and DISC.

Dr. Courtney Walton builds inclusive environments through coaching, content and DEI initiatives. Her doctoral research focused on anticipatory and acculturative stress in Black females to mitigate racialized trauma and battle fatigue. She served as Chief Learning Officer for UNDIVIDED, received the Greater Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star Award, is part of the Harvard LIFE Convening cohort, a TEDx speaker, Social Impact Global Fellow with MovingWorlds, a certified Trauma Competent Care trainer, and was named by “Women We Admire” a top woman leader in Ohio. Courtney received her Bachelor’s from Elon University, Master’s from UC, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from NKU.

Kelly Wittry is an ICF-ACC certified professional coach and owner of Waves Solution LLC. She is a Stanford-trained Design Thinker, is Miami University DEI-certified, and is a Stephen Minister. She has 36 years of corporate experience covering consulting, business, technology, design, and HR, and is a Director for P&G North America Sales. She serves clients across continents, cultures, Fortune 50’s, and family companies, specializing in strategy, OE, design thinking, career coaching, life transitions, and fun. She lives life with her husband and three rescue pups. Kelly’s two children fill her heart and are off in the world making their own waves.
