C-Change is the premier leadership development program for advancing mid-career leaders in the Cincinnati region.

Chamber U brings together business leaders and univeristy students to network together, while learning about the evoloving landscape of our marketplace. The Cincinnati Chamber’s Leadership Roundtables connect talented, top-level leaders for peer-learning opportunities.

Leadership Sprints offers an immersive multi-day experience geared towards training managers—delving deeply into how to lead highly effective teams and how to have difficult conversations while fostering meaningful connections among participants.

WE Ascend is a leadership development program that empowers, prepares, and positions BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) women in leadership to move into higher leadership roles.

WE Lead is a leadership development program for high potential, goal-oriented women looking to advance their careers and elevate their leadership capabilities. WE Lead prepares, positions, and empowers women to move into higher leadership roles.

WE Thrive is a program designed for women with less than eight years of experience, aiming to enhance self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.

Youth Leadership Cincinnati is a cohort program designed to equip 10th and 11th graders I the Cincinnati area with skills, confidence and a network to create, pursue and actualize the future for themselves and their peers.

The Alumni Network at the Leadership Center invites all to this long-standing tradition of welcoming the newest Leadership Cincinnati class, honoring two Leadership Cincinnati alumni with the Nelson Schwab Jr. Distinguished Alumni Award, and honoring two more Leadership Center alumni with the CQ (Civic Quotient) Award.

Hello Cincy Day is a highly engaging, interactive immersion day that introduces new-to-town employees to the Cincinnati region, embeds them in the community and helps retain talent.

Hello Cincy: Social Hour is a casual reoccurring happy hour that allows newcomers, remote workers, and others to connect and network.

WE Speak is a speaker series designed to inspire, educate, and provide networking opportunities to women who lead and to recognize women leaders in business.

Our initiatives in this space convene leaders, inspire action, encourage transformative leadership, accelerate the adoption of inclusive practices and advances the conversation on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters within the business community.

Connect ERG represents a regional alliance of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) committed to fostering diverse talent in the area by attracting, nurturing, and retaining professionals from varied backgrounds.

The Cincinnati region’s largest annual business gathering focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Local and national subject matter experts serve as keynote speakers to share insights, perspective, and practical advice to apply in our personal lives, workplaces, and region.

Our We Are Making Black History celebration recognizes Black leaders living and working in our region creating legacies today. These are leaders who go the extra mile for their community, excel in their respective fields, and open doors for the future leaders coming up behind them.
