Membership Spotlights

Forcht Bank is a community-focused financial institution headquartered in Kentucky and extending into Cincinnati, Ohio. They offer a comprehensive range of personal and business banking services designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

An interesting fact about Forcht Bank is their origin story and the entrepreneurial journey of their founder, Terry Forcht. In 1985, Mr. Forcht, along with a group of investors, established Tri-County National Bank in Corbin, Kentucky, marking the inception of what would become Forcht Bank. Now in its 40th year of business, Mr. Forcht has founded or acquired 23 banking centers and three loan production offices, including two in Cincinnati. Forcht Bank was created on a foundation of solid banking principles – respect for the customer, competitive rates, and service to the community. They maintain those same principles today.

Forcht Bank is a Gold Member of the Cincinnati Chamber and their Financial Center Manager, Chelsea Janszen is a recent grad of Cincy Lead.

Reserve Squad transforms how companies re-engage former employees for project-based or short-term roles. They recruit and manage alumni for flexible work opportunities, helping organizations quickly fill project needs with trusted talent.

Reserve Squad believes leaving a company shouldn’t be the end of the story. In fact, their data shows that alumni who return on a project basis bring deeper loyalty, cultural fit, and fresh perspective. Their Reservists, many of whom are caregivers, retirees, or professionals in career transition, value the chance to contribute without sacrificing personal priorities. Reserve Squad is rewriting the script on what workforce re-entry can look like.

Reserve Squad, a Cincinnati Chamber Gold Member, has participated in Chamber events focused on innovation, workforce development, and women in leadership. These gatherings have helped them build meaningful relationships with like-minded organizations and grow awareness of project-based opportunities as a strategic talent solution. They are excited to continue building community around the future of flexible work.

The Greater Cincinnati Navy League, a silver member of the Cincinnati Chamber, has three primary tasks:

  1. To advocate for the nation’s sea services: the Navy, the Marines, the Coast Guard, and the Merchant Marine.
  2. To support local youth programs for Sea Cadets and JROTC to encourage young people to serve our country.
  3. To inform their 250+ members about matters related to our sea services through luncheons, dinner meetings, quarterly newsletters, and their website.

This year, the Cincinnati Navy League began constructing an important local landmark that is likely to become a civic icon. The “USS Cincinnati Memorial Peace Pavilion” will be a full-sized representation of the submarine, over 360 feet long, and will use artifacts from the Nuclear Submarine USS Cincinnati, SSN 693, to commemorate the importance of this ship and its crew during the Cold War. It will engage visitors with the science, technology, engineering, and math embodied in a submarine and the skilled trades required to build Navy ships.

The memorial is adjacent to the Voice of America Park and Athletic Complex in West Chester, in Butler County. The park includes a sports complex that attracts over 500,000 young athletes and their families each year. The memorial will feature many interactive displays designed by local schools for visitors, especially students, to explore features of a submarine’s systems. We invite the public to follow our project as it progresses towards its completion in the spring of 2026. See their video highlighting the vision and mission of the project here.
