Recognize and Celebrate Businesses and People
We amplify and celebrate the success and stories of businesses and leaders who have made their mark on the Cincinnati region. Their legacies make our communities better and inspire action.

We Believe in Celebrating the Region’s Most Valuable Assets
People and businesses are the lifeblood of the Cincinnati region. By recognizing them, we’re supporting them in making our region a great place to call home. As north stars of the region, they show us where we’ve been and where we can go, inspiring the next generation.

The CQ (Civic Quotient) Award
The CQ (Civic Quotient) Award celebrates alumni of Leadership Center Programs who demonstrate a high CQ through publicly facing work. They demonstrate a clear understanding of the state of our region, its culture and history, the relationships and structures that guide decision making, and aspire to act and improve the public good. Given the complex dynamics in a region that sits at the meeting point of three different states, special attention is given to individuals who excel in spaces of collaboration.

Mitchell, KY. Recipients will be able to use the funds for capital improvements, marketing support, expansion investments, or other growth-related efforts. In addition, Storefronts to the Forefront will promote the business and surrounding district.
