Leadership Sprints

Leadership Sprints, hosted in Louisville, KY June 11-13, 2025, is designed for participants to invest in their leadership potential through an exchange of ideas, challenges, and solutions with other leaders. This is a unique opportunity for the members of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, facilitated by the Leadership Louisville Center.
Within a supportive and small-group environment, this interactive workshop series offers participants the opportunity to build skills for navigating difficult conversations, managing evolving priorities, expanding their professional networks, and engage in regional activities.
Courageous Communication
Teams that excel in handling conflict are the highest performing, creating far better results for organizations than those who sweep conflict under the rug. Naturally, toxic relationships or opposing views seriously undermine team performance. This practical and engaging session will teach you essential skills for handling difficult conversations, even in high emotion and high-stakes situations. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of how critical dialogue is to moving the business forward. Leaving a memorized, simple conversational framework for any conversation that centers conflict.
Managing Priorities (Not Time!)
This session explores John Maxwell’s three Rs – requirement, return, and reward 0 as they pertain to the Law of Priorities. Discover how reevaluating your priorities based on these questions can lead to a more fulfilling and productive approach to your responsibilities. We walk through an interactive and personalized exercise that requires participants to measure priorities again the three Rs. Through this session you will gain insights and practical strategies to manage tasks and align values and goals. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage priorities and fund fulfillment in your responsibilities as a leader.
Upon completion of Leadership Sprints, participants are included in our Alumni Network.

What past participants had to say...
There were several speakers throughout the sessions that really gave us pointers and different ideas on how to be a leader.

Adam Behm
I really enjoy this program because everybody’s so authentic. We talk about our issues and personalities, and how we make improvements. I definitely learned a lot, and also [was] able to network with other upcoming leaders in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Lei Zhao
Being one of the younger professionals in Cincy LEAD, it was really neat to learn from people who have been in different industries for 20 to 30 years and get to learn their struggles through the years.
