CONNECT represents a regional alliance of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) committed to fostering diverse talent in the area by attracting, nurturing, and retaining professionals from varied backgrounds. Our upcoming Connect ERG will unite ERG members from numerous companies across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

At this ConnectERG event, we will be doing a follow-up on our May meeting, providing practical takeaways from the recommendations you gave! We will also be diving into further learnings that you can bring to your ERGs. Even if you did not attend our May meeting, we still invite you to come collaborate with other ERG leaders and participants.
