Alumni Network: Enneagram Workshop – Pt. 1
Join Enneagram Teacher and Coach Karen Harmon for a 4-part series designed to help you understand yourself, your leadership, communication, and connection strengths and challenges through the lens of the Enneagram.
The Enneagram is a personality typing system rooted in knowing and understanding your motivations, not just your behaviors. Knowing what motivates you cultivates deeper self-awareness, enables effective self-reflection, and sparks intentional, conscious change while giving you skills and confidence for growth in every area of your life.
Session One will be an introduction to, or a refresher of, the Enneagram – what it is, how it works, what makes it more effective and powerful than other personality typing systems, and how it can accelerate your personal and professional growth.
The following sessions will dive deeper into your individual Enneagram Type and how it impacts your Leadership Strengths and Challenges (Session 2), Communication and Feedback (Session 3), and Conflict and Social Styles (Session 4).
These workshops are designed to help you understand yourself and others on a richer, more profound level through shared discussions, self-reflection, and a dynamic and practical understanding of the Enneagram. Knowing your Enneagram type will enable you to get the most out of these sessions. Please contact Karen for a typing session** if you need help identifying your type.
