Cincinnati Chamber Announces the 60 Women Participating in WE Lead Class 18

CINCINNATI – September 12, 2023 – The Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber released the names of the 60 women participating in Class 18 of WE Lead, the flagship leadership development program of its Women Excel (WE) platform.

WE Lead, presented by PNC Bank and TiER1 Performance, is a 10-month leadership development program that focuses on the whole person. Participants have space to invest in themselves by tapping into multiple angles of growth, including engaging with other women, developing strategic goals, and executing on their aspirations. WE Lead leans into diversity through the programming, facilitators, experiences, and cohorts. 

“WE Lead is all about progress and growth, regardless of where you come from or where you stand,” said Devona Stripling, Director, Women Excel & Diverse by Design, Cincinnati Regional Chamber. “Whether it is professional or personal, these incredible female leaders take their experiences in the program and lean on the connections they make with each other to advance and make positive changes in their organizations and communities.”

Class 18 includes leaders from a diverse group of industries, companies, and backgrounds, comprised of women representing 59 organizations. In its 17-year history, more than 800 women have graduated from WE Lead.
