1897 – 1979

In 1915, Mark Upson, an 18 year old Cincinnatian, began a 48 year association with the Procter & Gamble Co. He progressed from sales assistant to salesman to supervisor to Boston District manager to Eastern Division manager to vice president of Food Products to vice president of the company.

Upson has touched almost every area of Cincinnati life. He served as chairman of the Central Business District Working Review Committee, member of the board of trustees of the Heart Association, general campaign chairman of United Appeal and a member of the board of directors of the American Red Cross.
