The Workforce Innovation Center was founded in 2019 by a collaborative of Cincinnati business leaders to connect more employers directly to innovative initiatives that mitigate barriers to employment and to grow businesses through an inclusive capitalism approach. Just three years in, the need and concept have been proven as companies around the region have benefited from the evidence-based practice recommendations the Workforce Innovation Center and its expert team of consultants deliver.

As the Center has grown to serve more clients, expand its product and service offerings, and make a greater impact on the region, the Center's team has has been working behind the scenes to better serve local employers, their people, and the community at large. Today, as a member of its advisory board and CEO of a client company, I’m thrilled to introduce the new and improved Workforce Innovation Center website.

I invite you to explore the new website and learn more about how the Workforce Innovation Center is helping companies adopt inclusive practices that empower employees and fuel business growth.
