Cincinnati Regional Chamber Recognizes 53 Future Leaders for Cincy Next Class 12

CINCINNATI – March 25, 2025 – 53 leaders from a variety of organizations in the Cincinnati region have been accepted for Class 12 of Cincy Next, an 8-month leadership development program produced by the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and presented by Fifth Third Bank. 

Cincy Next is a program for emerging leaders with fewer than 8 years of professional experience to strengthen leadership skills, expand networks, and increase knowledge of self, business, and community. Those selected for the program demonstrate leadership potential and interest in growing these skills and have a desire to connect with other young talent from across the region. The program includes a mix of leadership workshops, tours, activities, and a group project.

“In bringing together talented young professionals from across the Cincinnati region, Cincy Next fosters growth, collaboration, and the development of the next generation of leaders who will shape our community’s future,” said Kendra Perkins, Program Coordinator at the Leadership Center, “These leaders will gain skills to positively influence their organizations and companies, advance their careers and become better equipped to solve challenges in our civic spaces.”
